The Medical Director will provide comprehensive medical and surgical care to companion animals while also serving as a mentor and clinical leader for the veterinary team. Leadership responsibilities include guiding standards of care, supporting associate veterinarians through coaching and case collaboration, and helping coordinate doctor scheduling to support both hospital needs and team wellbeing. The role also involves close collaboration with operational leadership to support medical quality, workflow efficiency, and a positive client experience.
