ServiceNow – IT Service Management (ITSM) – Senior – Tech Consulting – Open Location
EY is looking for a senior ServiceNow consultant to lead IT Service Management (ITSM) transformation teams in a client‑visible role. The position is open for professionals located anywhere in the US.
Location: Anywhere in Country.
Your Key Responsibilities
Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.
Skills & Attributes for Success
Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow ITSM project (design, configuration/development, testing, deployment).
Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3–5 resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.
Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for ServiceNow ITSM process implementations.
Analyze a company’s people, process, and technology capabilities and provide leading‑practice recommendations.
Advise on connectivity between CMDB, IT Operations Management (ITOM), and ITSM processes.
Experience with waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgeting, and risk/issue logs.
Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2–4 years of relevant ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
At least one of the following ServiceNow certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM.
3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
Excellent soft skills – communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
Experience leading and supervising teams.
A valid driver’s license in the U.S.
Ability to travel to meet client needs.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
Experience with ServiceNow performance analytics and reporting; certifications are a plus.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations, HAM, or SAM.
Experience with ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
