Qualifications Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written Expertise in Store Management and operational oversight Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention techniques and practices Proven leadership and team management capabilities Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting with minimal supervision Previous experience in the auto industry or related field is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or management are advantageous Seniority level
