Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lender to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lending and a proven track record of success in developing and maintaining client relationships. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to generate business and meet sales targets
Analyze financial information and credit data to evaluate loan applications and make lending decisions
Negotiate and structure loan terms and conditions that meet the needs of both the borrower and the company
Monitor and manage loan portfolio to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
Collaborate with other departments within the company to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the market to identify new business opportunities
Attend networking events and conferences to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lending
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of financial analysis and credit evaluation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and loan management software
Knowledge of local market and industry trends
