Overview The Intuit T4I (Tech for Intuit) team builds core capabilities around enterprise Workforce, People, and Places technologies, working with stakeholders from HR, Facilities, IT, and business unit leaders to deliver data solutions that support scale, growth, and a best‑in‑class employee experience.
Responsibilities
Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate problems into data solutions, owning end‑to‑end execution of data‑driven projects.
Proactively build connected data products and pipelines across domains, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
Develop and iterate on new data applications, creating proof‑of‑concepts for data pipelines, APIs, data universes, and advanced modeling such as ontologies and knowledge graphs.
Deliver measurable business outcomes by applying data strategically, even with imperfect data.
Collaborate in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment, wearing multiple hats, mentoring peers, and contributing to team growth.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in complex data domains, leading data strategy and product development for enterprise functions (e.g., HR, workforce technology).
Strong understanding of data engineering, dimensional design, front‑end analysis, and data visualization.
Advanced SQL, Python, Spark, and experience designing ETL pipelines with Hadoop and AWS data services.
Experience designing data models, schemas, ontologies, and semantic layers to integrate heterogeneous data at scale.
Startup mindset, ability to wear multiple hats, manage work independently, and meet aggressive timelines.
Familiarity with modern data stack trends and comfort in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
Passionate about mentoring and driving team advancement.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Base pay is $184,500 – $266,500. Among other pay factors, pay is based on location, experience, and job‑related knowledge.
