Catering Sales Manager – Four Seasons Hotel Boston Join the Four Seasons Hotel Boston’s dynamic marketing & sales team as a Corporate Catering Sales Manager. In this role you will be responsible for achieving assigned catering/banquet goals and driving profitable event business through B2B channels.

Location Boston, MA – Nestled in the historic Back Bay neighborhood, the Four Seasons Hotel Boston offers a vibrant setting near local landmarks.

Responsibilities

Negotiate event business through B2B channels to meet or exceed sales targets.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to stay competitive.

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand the guest and corporate portfolio.

Respond to inquiries and propose tailored catering solutions.

Handle multiple tasks and make timely decisions in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment.

Qualifications A four‑year college degree in hospitality management, marketing, business or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required. Two or more years of sales experience in the hospitality or event industry is preferred.

Compensation Salary range: $83,963 – $88,850 per year.
