As a Principal Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving the growth and shaping the future of globally recognizable semiconductor and high‑tech brands. Your core mission is to increase AWS adoption by developing strategic accounts across the Fortune 1000, driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in enterprise accounts, and executing a territory strategy that consistently delivers on quarterly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, selling at the highest level (C‑suite) while also engaging software developers and IT architects.
Build and maintain relationships across all facets of the customer organization, including C‑level executives, engineering, IT/operations, partner org, and internal AWS teams.
Collaborate with AWS executives, partners, support, and solution architects to advocate for the customer and align implementation plans with AWS business objectives.
Develop and execute a comprehensive partner and professional services strategy to support customer adoption and expansion.
Own dotted‑line responsibility for partnership and technical collaboration, and manage new line‑of‑business development and new service adoption.
Manage cross‑functional teams, guiding product, training, and certification initiatives that accelerate customer success.
Basic Qualifications
7+ years of technology‑related sales, business development, or equivalent experience.
Experience presenting to C‑level executives, IT, and business lines across organizations or an equivalent role.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of creating and implementing long‑term transformational account strategies in a customer‑facing role.
Experience with AWS and technology as a service (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS).
Proven ability to identify, develop, negotiate, and close large‑scale technology projects for global customers.
