Bridge Engineering Project Manager
In this role, you will manage and deliver bridge design projects for NY agencies while ensuring high quality, on‑time, on‑budget execution and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities
Managing medium to large design projects
Maintaining schedules and budgets to ensure contractual obligations
Coordinating with sub‑consultants and clients
Directing and mentoring junior engineers and technicians
Checking calculations and directing design procedures to ensure compliance with AASHTO standards or other requirements
Qualifications
BS degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
New York State PE required; New Jersey PE is a plus; Master’s degree a plus
12+ years of experience in the bridge industry
Experience working in a team environment and providing technical direction on minor and major bridge projects
Requirements
Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle report for final consideration
Read, write, and understand plans and directions given in English
Basic computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
Able to wear GPI‑required PPE: hard hats, safety vest, work boots, and/or safety glasses/goggles while working
