Tax Director
to join its Nashville office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced tax professional to lead engagements in the
Construction and Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:
Expand revenue with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
Lead short-term and long-term business planning for your practice area.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and manage staff effectively.
Ensure quality control standards and compliance are met.Act as a Subject Matter Expert on technical matters and contribute to senior operations management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field (preferred).
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
8+ years of public accounting experience.
6+ years of supervisory experience.
Active CPA license required.
Strong leadership, client service, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
PTO Dependent on level + sick time + floating holidays.
