Position Description We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Team Leader to guide a team of consultants in evaluating IT financial systems for suitability within client ecosystems. This role requires strong consulting acumen, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to deliver high-quality client-facing deliverables on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of consultants in evaluating IT financial systems for technical, security, and functional fit within client ecosystems.

Plan and manage evaluation activities, including stakeholder interviews, documentation reviews, and system analysis.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure evaluations are completed on schedule and within budget.

Coordinate with internal and client stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and manage expectations.

Ensure consistent application of evaluation frameworks and methodologies across all systems.

Produce high-quality client deliverables including assessment reports, recommendations, and presentations.

Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

Support the Director and senior PMs with reporting, status updates, and escalation management.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience leading consulting teams in IT system evaluations or similar engagements.

Strong understanding of financial systems and enterprise IT environments.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable deliverables.

Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).

Desired Qualifications / Non-essential Skills

Experience with federal or public sector clients.

Familiarity with enterprise risk, compliance, and security frameworks.

PMP, CISA, or similar certifications.

Compensation Range:

$79,600.00 - $172,400.00 (U.S.)
