As a Full Time Physician Assistant, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in McLean, VA. The scheduled hours are Monday - Thursday, 7:30a - 4:30p, Friday 7:30a - 4:00p. What You’ll Do
Conduct physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines and approved agreements. Perform procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management. Develop patient care plans, record progress, and ensure continuity of care. Educate patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, growth and development. Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care. Prescribe or recommend treatments, including medications and therapies. Refer patients to specialists or physicians as needed. Maintain patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation. Perform other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring
Maintain state licenses/certifications to practice. Maintain Board of Pharmacy Prescribing License (if applicable). Current NCCPA national certification required. Degree from ARC-PA accredited program. Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable). State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license if required in your state. Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for healthcare providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services.
