Overview Support funded work by developing full-spectrum collection strategies to meet intelligence needs for DoD, DIA, and CCMD units.
Build collection systems, execute operations, and coordinate joint command tasks.
Location & Schedule Location:
Washington D.C. – multiple work sites including DIA HQ, DIA Reston, Pentagon.
Schedule:
Day / M-F.
Salary Range $90,000 – $95,000
Responsibilities
Analyze client collection requirements and develop strategies using NTM systems for war‑fighter high‑priority intelligence.
Manage collection operations, synchronize joint command tasks, and develop strategy to support operational end states.
Integrate CI and HUMINT activities for combatant command strategic, operational, contingency, crisis, and exercise planning.
Qualifications
3+ years of intelligence collection management experience.
2+ years ISR and multi‑INT strategy, analysis, and collection execution.
Knowledge of SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, GEOINT, or TECHINT disciplines.
Active TS/SCI clearance; polygraph willing.
DoD or IC Collection Management Course completion.
Experience Levels
Junior – 1+ years relevant experience or 4 years in lieu of degree.
Mid – 3–7 years relevant experience or 7 years in lieu of degree.
Senior – 8–12 years relevant experience.
SME – 12+ years relevant experience plus advanced degree.
Clearance TS/SCI required.
Mental & Physical Requirements
Multi‑task with rapid priority change.
Seated/standing at desk for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years experience.
National agency‑level collection strategist experience.
Excellent written & verbal communication with senior officials.
Current CI polygraph and graduate of in‑resident DoD/IC course.
