Quantitative Developer/Software Engineer
Base Pay Range $250,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr

Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Quantitative Developer who can partner directly with the trading and research teams and play a key role in research, development of investment strategies, and other mission‑critical projects to ensure this business continues to remain at the very top.
Qualifications
At least 2+ years of experience working in a quantitative development role or similar (Software Dev/Engineer).
High proficiency in both writing and reviewing Python.
Experience working with quantitative researchers and large development teams in previous roles is preferable.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field with demonstrably strong CS fundamentals.
Strong communicator – ability to work across multiple role types in engineering teams is critical.
Front‑office experience with any Asset Class is desirable, though not essential.
