Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager responsible for managing strategic Data Management projects, identifying and managing resolutions to program issues and risks, facilitating daily scrums and status meetings, managing project schedules and deliverables, identifying roadblocks and addressing changes in scope/budget using Agile methodologies. This role will also be responsible for working closely with the Data Management Function Lead on project timelines and resource requirements.

$95,000 - $180,000
Key Responsibilities
Manage strategic Data Management projects across Technology teams in a collaborative and strategic manner.
Identify, document, resolve, mitigate, and escalating program issues and risks.
Facilitate meetings and discussions with external vendors, project teams and Oncor leadership, in order to remove roadblocks or address changes in scope, schedule or budget.
Manage projects using Agile methodologies, facilitate daily Scrum meetings with project team members and facilitate on-going status meetings with other IT teams to ensure timelines are being met and deliverables are as expected.
Communicate and document status and project plans clearly and accurately to both functional and program leadership when required.
Ensure technical solutions are sustainable and follow best practices, working closely with the DM Architects and project team members.
Work closely with DM Function Lead on project timelines, detailed deliverables and resource allocations. Escalate project / solution issues to the DM Function Lead for quick resolution.
Required Qualifications
4+ years working as a Technical Project Manager on larger scale projects
4+ years working on Agile projects, including serving as a Scrum Master
SQL experience a plus
Working knowledge and experience with JIRA, Confluence, Project, and Visio
Ability to align project tasks and technical solution with the Business Requirements
Strong Meeting Facilitator
Must be able to multi-task effectively
Great organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong collaboration and troubleshooting skills
A highly entrepreneurial and flexible mindset
Ability to create and give executive-level presentations
