Join Marex as an
Onboarding Analyst
in our two‑year Graduate Program. Recent graduates will gain hands‑on experience across front, middle and back‑office functions, contributing to projects that support operations, financial activities, client engagement and regulatory responsibilities. Participants may assist with audits, reporting, compliance, financial transactions, client onboarding, technology, risk management, trade execution, prime brokerage and client services. In addition to practical experience, the program emphasizes professional development through industry‑practice exposure, problem‑solving and cross‑functional collaboration.
Graduates are expected to start no later than January 2026.
Overview of Marex and the Onboarding Department Marex provides market access worldwide with a technology‑led service portfolio including order‑flow management, data, insights and analytics. The Onboarding Department ensures seamless and compliant integration of new clients and investors into the firm’s ecosystem, aligning with regulatory standards and client‑service excellence.
Purpose of the Role The Onboarding Analyst plays a key role in executing onboarding processes that meet KYC and AML regulations while delivering a positive client experience. This role supports regulatory compliance, operational excellence and enhances client engagement.
Responsibilities
Substantiate and reconcile relevant balance‑sheet accounts to accurately reflect revenue and costs.
Collect, review and validate client documentation to ensure KYC and AML compliance.
Conduct due diligence and risk assessments on new clients and counterparties.
Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Sales, Operations) to facilitate timely onboarding.
Monitor regulatory changes and update onboarding procedures and documentation accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and ensure data integrity across systems.
Respond to client inquiries related to onboarding requirements and provide guidance.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance client experience.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other bodies.
Adhere to the operational risk framework, ensuring all regulatory or company‑determined parameters are met.
Model the highest level standards of integrity and conduct; reflect Company values.
Comply with Marex’s Code of Conduct and internal policies at all times.
Report any breaches of policy to Compliance or supervisors as required.
Escalate risk events immediately and provide input to risk‑management processes.
