Position Summary Pacific Northwest Regional Director role: tapping into existing network, sourcing new relationships to generate leads for on‑market listings and off‑market transactions. Collaborate with nationwide sales team, leverage database, grow into expert of all transactions in region, offer national perspective. Provide resources to grow market share.

Preferred candidates are based in or willing to relocate to Pacific Northwest; flexibility for Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Sacramento. Remote work with regular monthly travel acceptable. Compensation base salary plus commission, ranging from $120k to $150k, heavily weighted toward commission.

Key Responsibilities Sourcing new leads through cold calls and other outreach methods. Leveraging existing CRM to organize and manage client base through consistent outreach and follow‑ups. Collaborating with the national sales team to identify potential new clients. Developing a strong understanding of the nuances of commercial real estate transactions. Building relationships with major operators, buyers, and real estate professionals in the market. Driving the market to become familiar with all institutional quality assets and transactions.

The Successful Applicant Highly motivated self‑starter with drive to succeed. Bachelor’s Degree or higher (finance or real estate concentrations preferred). 0‑5 years of experience in sales or service‑oriented business (real estate experience preferred). Strong understanding of real‑estate investment fundamentals. Exceptional organization, management, and leadership abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams. Ability to remain focused and handle shifting priorities in fast‑paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
