Key income‑making services / areas rendered to our valued business clients:
Selling businesses and top 500 franchises (including case‑by‑case engagement fees, retainers, advisory fee, business valuation fees etc. from the business selling clients per our bilateral contracts), with/ without commercial real estate
Helping businesses to turn them into franchises through our specialized team of franchising experts
Business appraisals/valuations (BOVs)
Raising bank financing for business buyers to meet their business acquisitions and growth capital requirements
Offer business advisory services in line with the goals and objectives of the business owners

The Business Broker role acts as the intermediary during either the sale or purchase of a business, managing the entire deal process and all parties involved. Our offices in particular focus on the main‑street to lower‑to‑mid‑market, helping all types of businesses sized from $1 million to $500 million in revenue through these transactions each year.
As our team grows in size and depth/expertise, we need additional business‑savvy sales professionals to continue our mission as long as their mission aligns ours of supporting businesses in Washington DC Metro area. We are currently looking for new business brokers in Downtown Washington DC, Downtown Baltimore, MD and Annapolis, MD offices.
The Fitting Candidate:
Has experience in B2B sales
A hunter mentality with long‑term success attitude for themselves and their families
An unmatched desire to succeed and overcome adversity
A passion to work in the small business community and help business sellers and buyers out in their monumental journey
Requirements
At least five years experience in a professional business‑to‑business sale
Four‑year bachelor’s degree from accredited business school
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Marketing of business and franchise opportunities for sale
Negotiation and deal structuring
Management of due diligence
Lead generation and prospecting planning and techniques
Technology and automation systems training and support
In‑house support staff and in‑house leads utilization
Growth potential within the organization including partnership opportunities
Compensation This is a full‑time commission‑only (1099 independent contractor) role with pay range up to $150k-$500k+ approximately annually.
Onboarding and Training
One‑month onboarding and training process
Full week of training including CRM at our corporate headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida
Ongoing training and support
Membership in a business networking / mentoring group
Associate memberships to state and national associations
Invaluable mentorship and access to an international community of brokers and advisors
