Position Overview We have ambitious goals for 2026, and all the pieces are lined up to help you hit them. You will work with our AEs, the founder/CEO, and the Chief of Staff. Your focus is to set as many demos as humanly possible for the AEs via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and whatever else it takes. Our product is jaw‑dropping, and our close rates from demos are above 40%.

Responsibilities

Set high volume of qualifying demos for Account Executives via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn.

Collaborate closely with AEs, founder/CEO, and Chief of Staff to align outreach strategy.

Track outreach metrics and adjust tactics to optimize demo rate and pipeline quality.

Desired Attributes

Sales expertise: preferably selling SaaS to construction/landscaping industry.

Passion and work ethic: startup environment requires grit and determination.

Willing to do whatever it takes to win: travel, convention booths, cold calls.
