We're looking for a hungry individual to help drive our growth. You'll work directly with the CEO to refine and execute our go‑to‑market strategy and book our pilots, helping us close 85%+ of pilots through hardcore outbound tactics. The role is in‑person, 5 days a week, based in San Francisco.
Scope of Work
Full top‑of‑funnel strategy and execution.
Daily cold calling blitzes to mid‑sized commercial real‑estate firms (lenders, brokers, acquisition teams).
Build, experiment, and iterate on multi‑channel outbound campaigns (calls first, LinkedIn, emails).
Create and refine our sales messaging and strategies based on market feedback.
Represent the company at industry conferences to build relationships and generate opportunities.
Qualifications
1.5+ years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience.
Proof of exceeding quota.
Love for cold calling.
Experience building your own pipeline without sales support infrastructure.
Experience with modern sales tools (Apollo, LaGrowth Machine, HubSpot).
Commercial real‑estate experience is a plus but not required.
