We are hiring a Head of Growth to own paid acquisition and performance across our DTC ecosystem, with real accountability over CAC, MER, LTV, and revenue growth. This role reports directly to the CEO and comes with real ownership, autonomy, and upside.
What you will own
Own and scale
paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, AppLovin, and emerging channels
Fully own the end-to-end funnel from ad to landing page to PDP to checkout
Be accountable for CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, and overall budget efficiency
Lead and manage internal and external media buying partners with clear targets and accountability
Drive creative strategy and testing across UGC, creators, hooks, and formats
Partner closely with Brand, CRO, Content, and Product to move fast without sacrificing quality
Oversee lifecycle marketing and retention as part of the broader growth system
Build testing frameworks, attribution clarity, and forecasting discipline
Gradually build internal growth capabilities and transition key functions in house over time
Who we are looking for
5+ years of experience in growth, paid media, or performance marketing
Hands‑on experience buying on Meta and TikTok at scale
Experience managing large paid budgets in fast‑growth DTC environments
Has owned full‑funnel performance, not just individual channels
Background in supplements, wellness, pet, or adjacent regulated categories strongly preferred
Highly analytical with strong instincts around attribution, testing, and CRO
Deep understanding of how creative drives performance and how to scale winning concepts
Comfortable operating in regulated environments and navigating compliance
Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑ownership environments
Clear communicator who can make decisions and own outcomes
