Lead a team of designers and copywriters; mentor, critique, and elevate the quality of creative output. 10+ years of experience in paid social creative and campaign strategy Proven leadership of design teams and creative projects Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution models Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills across multiple formats Deep expertise with Meta and TikTok performance creative: hooks, formats, pacing, structures, and storytelling frameworks. Hands‑on experience directing and/or producing UGC, motion, and social‑first content. Ability to interpret creative performance data and turn insights into rapid iterations.
