We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to partner with our Omni‑channel Platform team, driving development and delivery of key capabilities that enhance our communication experience. The role will influence priorities, ensure alignment with business objectives, and collaborate closely with the platform team. Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Omni‑channel communications platform team to deliver a seamless and efficient communication process for our customers. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals. Monitor and generate reports on product KPIs. Utilize data and customer feedback to continuously improve the digital communication experience. Manage the technology product backlog, define user stories, and set sprint goals. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of product vision and goals. Monitor and report on product performance, making data‑driven decisions to enhance the customer experience. Monitor system performance, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure seamless operation. Develop and maintain technical documentation for business and technical processes. Lead the development and execution of a long‑term platform strategy aligned with technology architectural and business goals. Bring an innovative mindset to improving and elevating technology solutions and enablers. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in a project management, technical product owner, platform owner, engineer, or similar role. Strong understanding of life insurance industry workflows and processes, particularly relevant to the products being used. Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate business needs into effective solutions. Experience with program and agile delivery methodologies. Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem‑solving. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with project tracking software (e.g. Jira). Experience with Azure, AKS on Azure. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Experience with DevOps principles and tools. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with Agile methodologies. Benefits and Working Arrangement

Hybrid working arrangement. Salary range $87,990 – $163,410. Eligible employees have access to health, dental, mental health, vision, short‑ and long‑term disability, life and AD&D insurance coverage, adoption/surrogacy and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans (including pension/401(k) savings plans and a global share ownership plan with employer matching contributions), and financial education and counseling resources.
