We are currently expanding our Equity Sales leadership presence inNew York City, and are seeking an entrepreneurial, high-performingManaging Director, Equity Sales to drive institutional relationshipsand revenue growth across our Capital Markets platform. The Opportunity Drive and monetize institutional client relationships Deliver differentiated research, corporate access, and market insights Collaborate with research, trading, and investment banking teamsto generate revenue opportunities Leverage Wedbush’s expansive resources while maintainingentrepreneurial control over your book Key Responsibilities Develop, grow, and monetize institutional client relationships,including hedge funds, mutual funds, and asset managers Deliver timely, differentiated research, market insights, andactionable investment ideas Attend and coordinate corporate access events, includingconferences, non-deal roadshows, and bespoke management meetings Partner closely with research analysts, traders, and investmentbankers to drive integrated client solutions Leverage CRM and analytics to track activity, manage performance,and identify revenue opportunities Represent Wedbush with professionalism and integrity at all times What You’ll Bring Proven success in institutional equity sales with a strong revenuetrack record Established institutional client relationships (hedge funds,mutual funds, asset managers) Expertise in market dynamics, investment trends, and client strategy Professional presence, strong negotiation skills, and aresults-driven mindset Experience and Skills

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution 10+ years of experience in equity sales; our verticals coverTechnology (TMT/TMS), Financial Institutions and Real Estate (FIRE),Industrials, Healthcare, and Consumer sectors Proven ability to originate, grow, and monetize institutional relationships Demonstrated success in institutional equity sales, preferablywith a proven track record of strong production Deep understanding of financial markets and investment dynamics Proficiency in Thomson Eikon, Bloomberg, and Microsoft Office,particularly Excel Outstanding sales, communication, and negotiation skills, with apolished and professional client presence Entrepreneurial drive, analytical rigor, and the ability to thrivein a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Expert-level command of financial markets, global equity trends,and sector-specific dynamics Superior communication and presentation skills, including written,verbal, and digital Exceptional Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics capabilities Strategic thinker with elite execution skills and relentlessattention to detail What We Offer

A reasonableestimate of the current range is $250,000. Colleagues may be eligiblefor additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on thecolleague's and the firm's performance.
