We are searching for a Software Development Specialist, Guidewire who will play an important role in achieving profitability in automating various business tasks. This role will make use of solid analytical and technical skills and strong project management skills. The individual will analyze data, develop recommendations, and provide business insights. The developer will be required to code both individually and as a part of a team to achieve the MVP of their assigned projects.

What We’re Looking For Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s with 2+ years.
Hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center development.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Java/C#, Gosu, XML.
Strong understanding of Guidewire Data Model.
Guidewire Certifications (Professional preferred).
Bonus Points For
Experience in BI, data warehousing, enterprise integration, and impact analysis.
Familiarity with management reporting and decision-support systems.

Compensation & Benefits The anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,000-$135,000, complemented by eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
