We are looking for an amazing Senior Director, Asset Management to fill this role, which is based in our Miami Office office. You’ll be responsible for leading the Asset Management Team for Princess Cruises and fostering collaboration across the corporation. The role involves implementing the asset management framework strategy while managing and guiding Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support the fleet. It requires overseeing diverse and complex projects, including the development and execution of initiatives led by the asset team. Additionally, this position provides support to SMEs specializing in HVAC, structural integrity, environmental systems and compliance, life‑saving appliances (LSA), engine assets, and AAQS, including those who travel as part of their responsibilities. Here is a summary of what Princess is looking for in its Senior Director, Asset Management. Responsibilities

Build & manage the Asset Management Team. Define clear roles and responsibilities between Operations and Asset Management. Maintain strong communication channels with counterparts across other brands. Identify gaps in subject matter expertise and implement solutions. Provide support and foster the development of SME capabilities. Develop Asset Management framework in cooperation with other Maritime Operations teams. Ensure schedules support effective team assignment and execution. Enhance standardization in collaboration with APS & MAST team. Maintain all energy‑efficiency projects to intended standards. Engage shipboard and shoreside teams in ongoing energy‑efficiency initiatives. Monitor shipboard system condition and performance with periodic surveys. Support PCL Fleet for Safety Systems: develop long‑term planning, lifecycle maintenance, critical part identification, annual maintenance schedules, drydock work scopes, and day‑to‑day operational support. Engage with new‑build projects, providing SME expertise and overseeing project, CAPEX, and R&M budgets. Ensure timely submission and accurate progress reporting of projects. Manage contracts and procurements for key vendors (e.g., Wartsila PBL, Carrier Chiller, Siemens HVAC, Wartsila AWWTS, Ecospray AAQS). Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering, Electrical, or related field. Preferred Certifications: Marine Engineering / Project Management. 10+ years of seagoing experience in relevant technical roles. 5+ years of shoreside experience in asset management or related roles. 5+ years in a shoreside leadership role managing operational teams. 5+ years in a shipboard leadership role leading technical teams. Required seagoing shipboard experience with maintenance of fire safety systems. Preferred seagoing shipboard experience with engine systems, life‑saving appliances (LSA), and environmental systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage complex projects and make decisions with significant financial impact. Proficiency in technical and computer systems relevant to asset management. Hybrid work schedule: three days in the office per week (Tuesday–Thursday). What You Can Expect
