Key Responsibilities: Property Accountant
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements for assigned properties General Accounting: Manage day-to-day accounting operations for the property portfolio Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in developing budgets and monitoring financial performance Lease & Rent Management: Oversee lease administration, rent invoicing, and renewals Financial Analysis: Provide insights to support property-related decision-making
Preferred Qualifications: Property Accountant
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of experience Strong knowledge of GAAP related to real estate and fund accounting Proficiency in MS Office; experience with MRI G/L is a plus Excellent communication skills, integrity, and professionalism #INJAN2026
