Fully in-office, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Base Salary Range:
80,000 - 85,000 + Quarterly Bonuses + Goal-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities
As a People Operations Specialist, you will: HR Essentials
Manage onboarding Answer benefits questions and coordinate with vendors Administer Vensure PEO platform
Employee Engagement & Goal Management
Assist in the implementation of goal management software Facilitate quarterly goal-setting meetings and track progress Motivate employees and leaders to achieve goals
Culture Champion
Serve as a resource for employees across all departments Promote a positive, collaborative work environment Assist with culture surveys and reporting
Recruiting
Own the full cycle recruiting process Develop job descriptions and sourcing strategies
Training Needs Assessments
Identify development opportunities and skill gaps - training needs across the organization Design and deliver training programs specific to the company
What You Bring
Experience:
6-8 years in HR or People Operations Technical Skills:
Familiarity with Vensure PEO platform and HR systems Soft Skills:
Service-oriented, collaborative, nurturing, and mature Bonus Points:
Interest in AI and automation (client is building 20 automations this year!) Education:
No degree required-experience and personality matter most
