Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting across all departments, with a strong focus on engineering and manufacturing roles. This position partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through offer and onboarding. The Recruiter ensures timely communication, maintains accurate records in the ATS, and supports compliance with all applicable employment laws. In addition to recruiting, this role contributes to onboarding and provides support across core HR functions, making it an integral part of the broader HR team.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across all departments including sourcing, reviewing resumes, screening and selecting candidates, scheduling interviews, checking references, making job offers, and negotiating compensation.
- Consult with hiring managers to understand their position requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications.
- Proactively deliver clear and timely communication to both candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate status and interview details in ADP.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across engineering and manufacturing.
- Conduct reference checks, criminal background checks, drug screens, degree verification, and other pre-employment screening as necessary.
- Participate in new hire onboarding within ADP including processing the hire, distributing pre-hire paperwork, ensuring onboarding tasks are completed, and I9 verification.
- Maintain and ensure compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive company and employee information.
- Assist with other HR duties as assigned including HRIS administration, employee relations, training and development, reporting, etc.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience managing requisitions within an ATS (Workday, Greenhouse, ADP, SAP Success Factors, etc.)
- Strong passive sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, local workforce centers, and industry networks.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities with a requisition load of 15-20 positions.
- Ability to work with highly sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
- Experience recruiting for engineering and/or manufacturing roles.
Location: This position is located in Longmont, CO and will have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule (1-2 days a week remote) once fully trained.
Base Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience.
