Responsibilities:

• Ensure the hotel is in excellent working order, meeting all operational standards for the Engineering Department.
• Conduct walk-throughs and assess maintenance and operation of hotel structures, systems, and equipment.
• Manage the Rooms and Public Area Preventive Maintenance Program and keep records updated.
• Collaborate with hotel management and the General Manager.
• Hire, train, supervise, coach, and counsel staff, including managers.
• Maintain grounds to provide a great arrival experience.
• Implement safety and emergency policies, including evacuation procedures and hazard removal, following OSHA standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance.
• Leadership skills to manage a team.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and preventive maintenance.

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 plus bonus
