The opportunity

Your Role
As a Senior Technology Business Analyst, you will connect business needs with technical solutions, evaluate business models, elicit requirements, and ensure delivery aligns with business goals.
Your Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Configure and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Lead project streams while engaging with clients.
Skills and Attributes
- Action-oriented with the ability to deliver solutions and projects.
- Experience working with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP capabilities.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, solution architecture, testing, documentation, and functional design.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills, including guiding junior team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-4 years of relevant SAP ERP experience, including at least one full SAP Product Costing implementation.
- Knowledge of SAP FICO applications and cost accounting concepts.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Management Accounting and Product Costing configuration.
- Understanding of cost flows, allocation methods, and production strategies.
- Proficiency in Margin Analysis, Costing Variants, and Results Analysis.
- Ability to build reports using SAP tools and understand integration points with other SAP modules.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%.
Additional Qualifications
- Consulting experience or deep functional SAP expertise.
- SAP Certifications such as C_TS4CO or other finance-related certifications.
- Experience in industry-specific accounting.
- Proactive professional development and adaptability to diverse environments.
