Customer Support Representative – Contract Opportunity
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 3-12-month contract with possible extension or conversion to permanent
Pay: $18-$20/hour
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We're seeking a Customer Support Representative with 6 months to 2 years of experience (internships count!) to join the team of a leading investment banking firm.
Ideal Candidate:
Recent grad with a Bachelor's in Business (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related) preferred.
Experience or internship in banking, financial services, or customer support is highly preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preference for candidates with at least one of the following criteria:
• College Degree
• Previous contact center experience
What You'll Do:
• Handle incoming phone calls regarding various customer service inquiries on accounts.
• Respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
