Description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support the President and key leadership at a non-profit organization located near Rosemont, IL. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and discretion in handling sensitive information. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating executive activities, facilitating communication, and ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Organize and prepare for high-level meetings and events, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to refine presentations, speeches, and strategic documents.
- Maintain and prioritize a detailed review queue, ensuring important documents are easily accessible and action items are addressed promptly.
- Strategically manage calendar schedules and prepare weekly memos to optimize executive time allocation.
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Partner with peers in the executive support team to align and coordinate efforts as needed.
- Handle confidential information and correspondence with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in managing special projects and initiatives to support organizational goals.
- Provide administrative support for board reporting and presentations, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance overall executive effectiveness.
- Proven ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges in a dynamic environment.

- Meticulous attention to detail in documentation, scheduling, and communication.
