As an unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, assist with access control, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. **What You'll Do:**

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with security-related questions and directions as needed within the manufacturing and industrial environment.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding observations, incidents, and/or activities during each shift.

**Minimum Requirements:**

• Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
