**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor for any suspicious activity or security-related concerns and report findings according to site protocols.
  • Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential security-related incidents.
  • Support access control procedures by verifying credentials and/or monitoring entry and exit points as required by site policies.
  • Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors while upholding the standards of Allied Universal.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
