Aprio is continuing to grow and we have a few exciting openings in our DC market for Senior Managers in the Transaction Advisory practice.

Location: DC area - Hybrid on-site 1-2 days per week in the Rockville or DC office

What You'll Own
- Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements from planning to delivery.
- Analyze historical financials, QoE, working capital, revenue trends, and key operating metrics.
- Serve as a primary client-facing contact, engaging directly with senior executives and private equity leaders.
- Provide clear commentary on financial performance, risks, and value drivers.
- Guide and mentor engagement teams; support career development and technical growth.
- Contribute to business development through proposals, pitch participation, and relationship building.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables under tight timelines.
Must-Haves
- 7+ years of experience in Audit, Finance, or Transaction Advisory Services.
- Minimum 3+ years directly focused on financial due diligence or M&A transactions.
- Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and M&A processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis.
- Proven ability to communicate confidently with senior executives, PE investors, and C-suite leaders.
- Strong project management skills with experience running multiple engagements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA strongly preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.

- Prior exposure to government contracting, construction, or technology industries.
- Experience supporting business development efforts at a firm or practice level.
