Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Palo Alto headquarters in a hybrid capacity and take ownership of full‑cycle talent acquisition for our Engineering, Product, and Technical teams. In this fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, you’ll play a critical role in building the technical talent that powers our business.
You’ll manage the entire recruiting process, from sourcing and technical evaluation through offer negotiation, while partnering closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and senior leaders to understand their evolving headcount needs and deliver against ambitious hiring goals.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives amid shifting priorities, enjoys hands‑on problem solving, and excels at navigating highly competitive technical talent markets. You’ll support multiple functions, jump in on overflow requisitions when needed, and develop data‑driven strategies to attract top passive engineers while building diverse, high‑quality pipelines.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage full‑cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering, Product, and related functions, taking ownership of each stage, from sourcing and screening to technical assessment, offer negotiation, and close.
Build strong partnerships with engineering leaders, product managers, and HR partners to understand team needs, develop targeted hiring strategies, and consistently meet headcount and timeline expectations.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent, with a focus on passive outreach, market mapping, and building diverse pipelines.
Track, analyze, and report on recruiting data and KPIs using ATS dashboards and other tools to monitor pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and inform process improvements.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining proactive, transparent communication throughout the entire process.
Become a subject matter expert on the technical domains you support, including engineering disciplines, tech stacks, and market trends, enabling you to advise the business and influence hiring decisions.
Support cross‑functional hiring needs by taking on overflow technical requisitions and leaning into new challenges as business priorities shift.
Collaborate with the broader TA team and cross‑functional partners to share best practices, align on recruiting strategies, and drive consistent hiring excellence across all teams.
What We're Looking For
8+ years of full‑cycle technical recruiting experience, including hiring software engineers, product managers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, QA, security, and other technical roles in a high‑growth environment.
Strong passion for building high‑performing technical teams and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a balance of professionalism and approachability.
Proven ability to identify, attract, and engage passive technical candidates in competitive talent markets.
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret trends, make recommendations, and improve recruiting processes.
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable reprioritizing in a fast‑changing environment.
A collaborative, cross‑functional approach and enthusiasm for partnering with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Compensation
Salary base: $140,400 – $193,050 for Primary Location of USA – CA – Palo Alto. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
In addition to competitive base pay, this position also includes an annual incentive opportunity based on target achievement, pre‑IPO stock options, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a match, and more, plus generous paid time off, paid holidays, paid day off for your birthday and other paid leave policies to support employees through all phases of life.
