About the role We're looking for an experienced Sales Recruiter to join our Palo Alto headquarters in a hybrid capacity and take ownership of our full‑cycle talent acquisition efforts for our Sales and Marketing teams. In this fast‑paced, dynamic role, you'll be at the heart of building exceptional teams that drive our business forward. You'll manage the entire recruiting process—from sourcing and candidate assessment to offer negotiation and placement—while working closely with hiring managers, HR business partners and senior leadership to understand their strategic hiring objectives and deliver against ambitious headcount goals.

What you'll be doing

Manage full‑cycle recruiting processes for Sales and Marketing positions, from sourcing and research through candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and acceptance—taking ownership of each stage to ensure successful placements.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers, business leaders and HR partners across the organization to understand team needs, develop targeted recruiting strategies and consistently hit headcount goals and timelines.

Develop innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract both active and passive candidates, leveraging data insights to build diverse pipelines and stay ahead of industry trends.

Track, analyse and report on key recruiting metrics and KPIs—using ATS dashboards and other tools to monitor pipeline health, identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to leadership.

Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining proactive communication and engagement throughout the entire recruiting journey, positioning the company as an employer of choice.

Become a subject‑matter expert on the Sales and Marketing functions and markets you support, enabling you to advise the business on talent landscape trends and make strategic recommendations.

Support cross‑functional teams by taking on overflow requisitions and lending a hand where needed, thriving in a dynamic environment where priorities shift and new challenges emerge regularly.

Collaborate with the broader TA team, HR partners and cross‑functional stakeholders to share best practices, align on recruiting strategies and amplify recruiting impact across multiple functions.

What we're looking for

8+ years of full‑cycle sales (including enterprise sales, inside sales, SDRs) and marketing recruiting experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

A passion for building teams and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness.

Proven ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines.

Data‑driven approach to problem solving; ability to make sense of trends and use insights to improve processes and efficiency.

A growth mindset and genuine flexibility; able to shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change.

An interest in working in a cross‑functional and fluid environment.

What we offer

Hybrid flexibility—work from our Palo Alto office with the flexibility of remote work as part of a balanced schedule.

Fast‑paced, innovative environment—join a fast‑growing company where no two days are the same and you'll continuously learn and grow.

Cross‑functional collaboration—work directly with senior leaders and business partners across Sales, Marketing and the broader organization.

Meaningful impact—build and shape teams while establishing yourself as a subject‑matter expert in talent acquisition for high‑performing functions.

Collaborative culture—be part of a team that works hard, has fun and gets the job done together.

Professional growth—develop deep expertise in full‑cycle recruiting while learning the broader business and contributing to strategic hiring goals.

Compensation Hiring Range: $140,400 – $193,050 (US‑CA‑Palo Alto). The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience. In addition to a competitive base pay, this position includes an annual incentive opportunity based on target achievement, pre‑IPO stock options, benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a match, etc.) and generous paid time off, paid holidays, a paid day off for your birthday and other paid leave policies.
