Job Description Job Description Manufacturing Engineer Manufacturing Engineer Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, and implementing improvements to enhance product quality and reduce costs. This role involves collaboration across various departments to streamline operations and support production goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality. Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions. Utilize CAD and Catia for designing and modifying tooling and fixtures. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process issues. Maintain documentation related to manufacturing processes and improvements. Oversee the tool crib and ensure proper maintenance and usage of tools. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field. Proven experience in manufacturing engineering roles. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques. Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Syteline. Experience with CAD and Catia software. Understanding of Continuous Improvement methodologies. Knowledge of COPQ, RCCA, and NC programming is a plus. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
