- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Implement and monitor inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure proper storage and handling of goods.
- Assist in receiving and put-away processes to ensure correct inventory recording.
- Ensure adherence to all Safety regulations and the proper use of PPE.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of Logistics and supply chain principles.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting and work in a warehouse environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of Safety.
