You will also be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts and physical inventories. The role involves some Lifting of inventory items. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Implement and monitor inventory control procedures.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure proper stock rotation and storage.
- Generate inventory reports for management.
- Assist with receiving and put-away processes as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all Safety and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in inventory control or a related warehouse role.
- Proficiency in WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of PPE and warehouse Safety protocols.
- Experience in the Logistics industry is a plus.
