This role is fundamental to our order fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive their correct orders accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for locating items within the warehouse, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring they are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Operate packing equipment, such as tape machines and box erectors.
- Maintain an organized and clean packing station.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintaining stock accuracy.
- Adhere to all warehouse Safety policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the overall success of our Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse environment is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Capability of Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with RF scanning technology is a plus.
- Willingness to wear required PPE , including safety vests and footwear.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
