Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
• Verify product identity and quantity for each order.
• Inspect items for damage before packing.
• Pack items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials to ensure product safety.
• Label packages correctly for shipping carriers.
• Stage packed orders for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
• Participate in inventory management activities, such as stock checks.
• Meet established productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Understanding of warehouse safety best practices and the importance of PPE.
• Previous experience in a picker/packer, warehouse, or logistics role is a plus.
