Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
- Manage stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO) to minimize waste.
- Monitor inventory levels and report on stock status.
- Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and recommend disposition.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to improve inventory accuracy and processes.
- Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations, including the use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or logistics.
- Proficiency with WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
