Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is a luxury hotel nestled in the foothills of Pinnacle Peak amid towering cacti, enriched with outstanding design and talent.

The Opportunity:

The Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Conference Services Manager to join our dynamic Sales & Catering Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many; we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each others contributions and importance.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  1. Delivering the best-in-class conference experience to our guests.
  2. Selling and servicing catering events for the Resort.
  3. Working cohesively with the Banquet and Food & Beverage team to deliver seamless service.

Who We Look For:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Two years of management experience within Catering or Conference Services.
  • Ability to drive revenue and exceed goals through upsells in Banquets food & beverage revenues to assigned groups.
  • Responsible for forecasting food & beverage events from assigned groups.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Excellent planning skills with timely follow-up and enhancement recommendations.
  • Manage and lead follow-up on rooms and food & beverage attrition.
  • Upsell assigned groups Spa and Retail services.
  • Salesforce/Delphi experience preferred.
  • Strong client communication skills to build and maintain relationships and understand client needs.
  • Event planning and coordination skills, including managing all aspects of events.
  • Coordination with hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ability to oversee event execution and troubleshoot issues.
  • Financial management skills, including maintaining budgets and communicating estimated expenses.
  • Preparation and distribution of event documents such as Banquet Event Orders, diagrams, resumes, budget estimates, and post-event reports.
  • Lead planning site visits.
  • Work authorization in the United States.
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays based on group requirements.
