Sales Recruiter

As a Regional Sales Recruiter , your main responsibility is to attract and partner with high level talent in designated areas throughout the country using many different platforms and pipelines. The goal in this role is to not only deliver high end talent but to also qualify talent based on company criteria and standards. As a Recruiter, you will also be expected to have strong communication skills in regard to strategy and improvements needed to exceed company expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct multiple video interviews with screened candidates
• Qualify candidates based on CLs set qualifiers and processes
• Direct qualified candidates to Recruiting Director for further vetting
• Work with and through a designated Recruiter to generate prospective candidates
• Work with and through designated Territory Leaders to generate referrals
• Source candidates through multiple channels such as referrals & LinkedIn
• Conduct onsite seminars to attract top talent
• Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to organize pipeline
• Keep track of your personal recruiting metrics (time to hire, closing %, show rate, etc.)
• Understand all aspects of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)
• Utilize and improve interview and qualification techniques
• Implement new sourcing strategies
• Look for improvements and ways to make the hiring process more efficient
• Forecast personal number of monthly new partners
• Communicate with launch and business development team better understand hiring needs
• Meet monthly minimum of 4 new partnerships per month (48 annually)

Requirements:

• Proven success in recruiting and or sales

• Ability to analyze data and create a strategy
• Ability to hold high level conversations
