Job Description
We are seeking a
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
to join our Residential Group Home team. To provide direct care and supervision to participants in the residential group home setting. To facilitate participant growth and development toward independence in self-care, daily living, socialization and community integration. To participate in the development and implementation of the participants’ recovery plans. Hiring for part-time work schedules 16 hours per week, two days, eight hours per day, and weekend shift Work around candidates’ advance notices and their current schedules to support the new hire’s start date which includes participation in our day-shift orientation. Mileage reimbursement is provided. High school diploma or GED required and active Delaware state license certification CNA. Knowledge and ability to provide hands on assistance with activities of daily living.
