We are seeking a highly capable
Corporate FP&A Consultant(Manager - Director)
to join a growing, private equitybacked organization on a short term consulting basis. This is an urgent, plug-and-play opportunity for a hands-on FP&A professional to provide immediate support across reporting, analysis, and month-end close activities.
This role will partner closely with the Finance and Accounting Leadership, supporting core FP&A functions while helping stabilize and strengthen reporting processes through the first quarter of 2026 and potentially into Q2.
Role Details: Fully Remote Contract / Temporary January Start Date
Key Responsibilities Support financial planning and analysis activities, including: Monthly reporting and variance analysis Ad hoc financial analysis for leadership Assist with month-end close from a reporting and analytical perspective Develop and enhance management reporting and dashboards Provide actionable insights to support business decision-making Partner cross-functionally with accounting and leadership teams Step in as additional FP&A bandwidth to ensure continuity and accuracy during a transition period
Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred) 515 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial models and large data sets Proven ability to operate independently with minimal oversight Experience supporting reporting and analysis in fast-paced environments Preferred / Nice-to-Have Experience in private equitybacked or SaaS organizations Exposure to Microsoft Business Central Power BI or similar reporting/BI tools
