About the Role:
We are seeking a highly capable FP&A Consultant to join a growing, private‑equity‑backed organization on a consulting basis. This urgent, plug‑and‑play opportunity allows a hands‑on FP&AC professional to provide immediate support across reporting, analysis, and month‑end close activities. The role partners closely with the Finance Manager and Controller, supporting core FP&A functions while helping stabilize and strengthen reporting processes through Q1.
Key Responsibilities
Support financial planning and analysis activities, including:
Monthly reporting and variance analysis
Ad hoc financial analysis for leadership
Assist with month‑end close from a reporting and analytical perspective
Develop and enhance management reporting and dashboards
Provide actionable insights to support business decision‑making
Partner cross‑functionally with accounting and leadership teams
Step in as additional FP&A bandwidth to ensure continuity and accuracy during a transition period
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
3–10 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial models and large data sets
Proven ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
Experience supporting reporting and analysis in fast‑paced environments
Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have
Experience in private‑equity‑backed or SaaS organizations
Exposure to Microsoft Business Central
Power BI or similar reporting/BI tools
