Position Overview This newly created, high-impact leadership role will
own U.S.-wide consolidated FP&A , including budgeting, forecasting, and executive-level reporting packages. Reporting directly to the
Head of FP&A for the U.S. , you will manage a small team while remaining hands-on with key deliverables. The role will focus on improving processes, implementing new reporting tools and systems, and driving efficiencies across FP&A. This is an opportunity to build and lead a function that supports strategic decision-making at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities Lead U.S. consolidated budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly reporting processes Develop and deliver executive-level reporting packages for senior leadership Drive process improvements and implement new FP&A tools and systems to streamline reporting and analysis Partner with business leaders to provide insights that influence strategic decisions Manage and mentor a small FP&A team while remaining hands-on with critical deliverables Establish best practices for financial modeling, variance analysis, and scenario planning Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, and other functions to ensure accuracy and alignment Support ad hoc analysis and special projects for senior leadership
Qualifications 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including leadership roles Experience running an FP&A function for a mid-to-large services corporation (corporate or sizable business unit level) Proven track record of process improvement and leveraging systems/tools to enhance efficiency Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with executive-level presentation experience Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
