Overview The IT Department Summer Intern is responsible for assisting the Chicago technical support staff with the computer support of the [office name] attorneys and staff. This position reports to the Director of Technology Services\Local Technical Support Supervisor.
Primary Responsibilities Setting up and installing computer hardware Setting up and monitoring video conferences Assisting users with basic computer problems and issues Performing basic computer testing and back-ups Supporting the other office technical support staff as needed Perform other related duties and assignments, as requested Experience with Windows 11, Apple Mac and VDI a plus. Experience with iPhone and iPhone app installation a plus.
